Order Process
Once you order a robe from Monarch Cypress, you should receive a tracking number about 24 hours after your order if you did not personalize it. We will give personalized orders a tracking number after the embroidery process, which takes about 7-10 business days.
Orders ship Tuesday through Thursday, so check your email for confirmation that Monarch Express has received your order.
