Why haven't I received a tracking number?

answer: Your order has not shipped yet. Please allow at least 24 hours for non embroidered items and 7 to 10 days for embroidered items.



Why has my item not shipped yet?

answer: At this point we are only shipping Tuesday - Thursday.



How long does embroidery take?

answer: Embroidery takes 7 to 10 business days (not including weekends). Please note that even if you choose next day or two day shipping, the embroidery still takes 7 to 10 business days... only the shipping will be faster.



I paid for faster shipping but my item has not arrived yet?

answer: If your item is being embroidered, it will take 7 to 10 business days to embroider BEFORE it ships. If your item is not embroidered please note that due to Covid, we are only shipping Tuesday - Thursday.



I am ordering a personalized robe for a gift, when should I order it.?

answer:Please allow AT LEAST 2 (two) weeks for an embroidered item, as it takes 7 to 10 days for embroidery and then up to 5 days to ship.



Why does embroidery take 7 to 10 business days, can't I have it faster?

answer: Unfortunately, due to the significant amount of embroidered items, we can only promise a 7 to 10 day turnaround before the item ships. We cannot "expedite" this process as doing so will create a shipping and logistical nightmare.



I placed an order but have not received a confirmation, what happened?

answer: Please check your spam email for the confirmation. If it is not there, please make sure you actually "placed" the order .



I received a confirmation email, but have not received my order yet?

answer 1: If your item is embroidered, please remember it can take up to 2 weeks to receive. If after 2 weeks you still have not received your item, there is a high chance that your credit card was declined and you were notified over email. Please check your spam.

I emailed you guys and have not received a response?

answer: It can take 24 to 72 hours for us to respond depending on the day of the week, as we are only working Mon- Thursday.
